In this paper, the object to be controlled is the stepper motors, to accede to the advantage of traditional control, we research and produce a high-performance stepping motor control system for the wireless PC control. The control software is in the host computer, the single-chip microcomputer as the machine be controlled, to use of PC-control system, its hardware and software resource-rich, highly flexible, the pc will be able to reliably deal with the control commands and sent to the next-bit machine through the COM port by the infrared code, it can sent signals to drive stepper motor-driven to work. At the same time it is guarantee accurate and timely, PC testing state-bit signal of stepping motor for diagnosis and treatment.As the implementation of stepping motor control equipment, it is the key to the electromechanical device, widely used in a variety of automated control systems and precision machinery and other fields. Stepping motor can control the angle and rotation speed, and it is high-precision. The difference of the stepping motor is it can be precisely controlled by pulse signals, it is important to implement digital control components. The design can be carried out on the stepping motor control, can also be carried out and to be monitored through the PC, it has considerable theoretical and applied value.
