As the main outdoor activities places of people, the thermal comfort of living house will directly affect people’s work and leisure, and thus affect people’s physical and mental health and quality of life. The study on outdoor thermal environment under solar radiation and mastery of the thermal comfort change characteristic and its thermal change rule, and then take scientific measures and improve the external environment, all of which have practical significance.This paper uses the PHOENICS software to the Beijing unit of residential thermal environment simulation based on the existing theory and field measurements. After comparing the field measurement results of unit, this paper puts forward outdoor reasonable analysis method for the thermal environment quality and the community, and some improvement suggestion for unit community hot environment plans and design measures. This paper consists six chapters:The first chapter is an introduction, including the thesis research background, significance and the previous research, the purpose of this paper, research content, and methods.The second chapter includes a research of effect that public green space has for the thermal environment in the community. Through the comparison and analysis of the surface temperature, air temperature, air humidity in Yuxiu Park, this paper has the conclusion that air temperature fluctuation is influenced by underlying surface. The atmospheric temperature fluctuations of different underlying surface have the order from high to low: Granite> lawn> pervious brick>soil lawn brick. In the third chapter, through the research of the influence of thermal environment that surrounding multi-storey residential in the community, and through the measurement and analysis of the faculty Residence, this paper comes to the conclusion that the existence of green surface will affect the thermal environment, and will lower the air temperature and increase humidity.In the fourth chapter, I study the influence of thermal environment that surrounding low storied dwelling in the community. Through the measurement analysis for No.3Residence, this paper comes to the conclusion that different types of green surface have different effect for residential outdoor thermal environment.The fifth chapter is the focus of this paper. Through computer simulation, I build the cell model in the computer, and then with the application of the PHOENICS software, I obtain some results to its thermal environment simulation, and make comparisons with the measured result.The sixth chapter makes a research summary. I Sum up the previous work and conclusions, put forward some disadvantages, and finally analysis the problems that existed in the research process of this issue and prospect for the future research。...
