The levitation force is provided by coil excitation in pure electromagnetic suspension system, simple and reliable in structure.but energy consumption.. suspended air gap is small, and the rail smoothness demand is high. Hybrid suspension system is relatively pure electromagnetic maglev system. The present study more centred on super and electro conducting hybrid-levitation system, permanent and electromagnetic hybrid-levitation system.Which with many outstanding advantages, the most obvious’s is saving energy, big air gap. Be satisfactory the high efficiency and low carbon request. Based on the present situation of energy crisis, this paper studies on the HTS hybrid suspension system, focus in exciter current joint control, as far as possible reduce the consumption power.Firstly.derived double-frequency mathematics model of electromagnet. there are two current loops, because of mutual inductance, compare with tradition hybrid suspension system the design of control system are different.Detailed calculation the parameters of hybrid electromagnet suspension and using finite element analysis software ANSYS12.0verification the electromagnet, because of the superconducting magnets has large diameter, so arms is long, and the suspension air gap is big, so magnetic flux leakage is also great,consider flux leakage, and on the basis of simulation design a fixed parameters.Design double frequency regulation hybrid suspension control system, with the cascade control pattern, detailed analysis the air gap ring and current loop respectively, and then using simulink software, verify the system is right, finally will air gap ring and current loop together, to complete suspension system simulation results, the results is reliable in theory, meet the design target.HTS hybrid power is supplied by two-quadrant and four-quadrant chopper for H-type,current loop is an important part, besides the quickness of current loop, analyzed anti-jamming, suppress overshoot; Considering the change of the conductance with magnetic field intensity, working in different conductance, analysis the levitation force characteristics of electromagnet.
