Putting the project as background, according to the laboratory research on large deployable double-loop truss antenna, research and product cable mesh reflector in three to mesh form. Based on the equilibrium matrix method, shape force finding problem into mathematically constrained optimization problems of the simplified structure, and propose a new optimization algorithm by improving particle swarm evolutionary algorithm combined with tabu search method,which been to solve this kind of optimization problem. Through some kinds of prestress optimization examples of the different scales of different forms of cable-net structures reflecting surface,verify the correctness and feasibility of the method.Due to some inevitably factors, such as principle error and manufacture errors, must adjustment the surface of been installed cable-net. A method of cable-net surface precision adjustment convenient to adjustment and manipulation:taking measured experimental data for the object of adjustment and optimization; in oder to decreased cable-net surface errors quickly through each cable adjustment as the goal, givng the objective function; putting cable adjustment as design variables; setting the cable stress and the antenna frequency as constraint conditions. At all, establish a kind of adjustment process special in using measured data for feedback and using improved particle swarm evolutionary algorithm to determine the optimal value.Make the cable mesh reflector structure model, according to the double-loop deployable truss whose diameter is4.2m with18sides. Considering the surface precision adjustment needs, design and production of the network cable connector and cable force quantitative regulator. Through the antenna entity deployment test, verify these connector components is reasonable in design, with a good anti winding. In the reflector surface precision measurement, adjustment test, through regulating cable force, reduces the surface precision error due to the production process of assembling the model and to the deformation of surrounding truss effectively. Finally, taking account of the ground experiment environment and outer space environment for antenna, design two different sets of cable network management respectively, including suspension methods and folding methods. Through simulating cable mesh reflector unfolded, in theory, verify the reliability of two ways of management.
