Aerial working platform is an important field of construction machinery constructionequipment, with multiple degrees of freedom and structure of the complex features and aerial working platform with the characteristics of flexibility and high operatingefficiency and continuous operation,which is usually required to be used in the complex conditions.Therefore, the dynamic analysis on aerial working platform to obtain the dynamic performance, is help to maximize the aerial working platform’s woking efficiency and safety.This paper researchs on some company’s mixsd arm aerial working platform.The paper mainly includes the following content:1.Making a deep investigation of the domestic and foreign development of aerial working platform.,learning multi body dynamics theory to make prepare for getting a more accurate analysis results. summarizing current situation and development trend of multi body dynamics theory.2.Establishing3D model of mixed arm aerial working platform in pro/e software and summarizing some reasonable simplified techniques during the process of establishing models. And establishing the virtual prototype model of mixed arm aerial working platform in adams.3.Making multi-body dynamics analysis on mixed arm aerial working platform in adams to calculate force of the hinge point, as well as to get the change of working platform’s speed, accelerationn, and displacement under various conditions. Providing reference data to help to operates and desgn the similar aerial working platform.4.Introducting flexible retractable boom to boom system,making rigid-flexible coupling reseach on mixed arm aerial working platform.Doing intensity analysis on flexible boom by Adams/Durability module of adams to obtaine stress distribution in the boom system.In short, the introduction of virtual prototyping technology to conduct aerial vehiclesdynamics simulation analysis is necessary, this also has reference value for the design of othersimilar engineering machinery and equipment.
