By selecting a representative typical structural steel components, such as:I-beam, H section steel, steel pipe, square hollow steel, and different sections for different beam must apply a defined thickness of fire-resistant coating for steel beams by a large increase set out the way deflection measurement resistance test, while for the other typical components of steel structures to measure the internal temperature resistance test conducted in the corresponding experimental data and then under the section steel perimeter ratio of Hp/A value to calculate the coating thickness in order to establish all kinds of fireproof coatings on typical structural steel coated with the coating thickness of the fire resistance of the corresponding indicator (Time). After a number of tests, analyzing test data, the following conclusions:1, a section of steel by the test results can not be applied to other cross-section shape steel;2, the standard thickness of the test report directly to the information provided, or through a standard thickness of the test report provides information to determine the fire scaling the thickness of the coating is not scientific;3, coated with fire retardant coating different shape of the typical cross-section steel members, even if the same coating thickness, the protective effect of their fire is not the same;4, fireproof coatings and the coating thickness in the coated type of steel members typically use the same premise, the fire resistance of steel components with the basic inverse relationship between cross-section factor, that the fire resistance of fire retardant coating steel components with section coefficient increases.The completion of the research project will be fireproof coatings in practical engineering applications more scientific and reliable basis for the design parameters, will also clarify the practical application of various types of steel materials, specifications, and perimeter structural members section not more than the same, only the standard I-steel beam fire protection coating thickness of the fire resistance of the data corresponding to the actual application of engineering design and supervision of the technical parameters of acceptance is unscientific, unreliable, and this will eliminate the actual steel structure fire play an important role in security risk for the next development of the appropriate basis for national or industry standards, for both types of fire insulation of steel continue to improve the recognition system to provide reliable technical support. Thus creating the social benefits are immeasurable.
