| As the special safety equipment, cranes always have the problems of large deformation, rupture of girder, fierce vibration and even collapse of the whole crane by the reason of improper design, incorrect operation, terrible condition and so on. All these problems cause the enormous economic losses and personnel casualty. However it is difficult to do load test for large cranes by the restrictions of financial conditions, testing equipments, testing venues etc. If doing large crane load simulation analysis by finite element analysis, it is need to repeat the modeling of various types of cranes, and the shortcoming is time-consuming, repetitive and inefficient. Modal analysis, sensitivity analysis and reliability analysis techniques have been maturely applied in the field of motorcars, aviation, aerospace, mechanical structure, build etc. which provides the theoretical basis and practical basis for the dynamic analysis and reliability analysis of the cranes.This paper colligates Visual Basic and ANSYS to develop the Cranes" Load Test Simulaion System. Then do simulated load test, modal analysis, sensitivity analysis and reliability analysis for the cranes on the basis of System. The main work is as follows:1. Embedded the AN SYS "s powerful analysis function in the codes of Visual Basic and developed the Cranes’Load Test Simulaion System. This system can do cranes" simulated load analysis expediently, fleetly and effectively, as well as reducing the test costs, shortening the analysis cycle, improving work efficiency.2. Analyzing cranes’static and dynamic characteristics on the basis of System and getting cranes" flexibility, stress, self-frequency of fully loaded girder, swing at the vertical direction, vibration type to judge whether according to the criterion.3. Doing cranes’static and dynamic characteristics sensitivity analysis and getting sensitivity for static and dynamic characteristics of the structural parameters. Sensitivity analysis provides referenced evidence for structure optimization in some degree.4. Utilizing probabilistic analysis function in ANSYS to do reliability and reliability sensitivity analysis for cranes and getting the failure probability, distribution curve and cumulative density function curve of static characteristics, sensitivity plot and sensitivity of structure parameters in the perturbation range of parameters. It has great value to provide referenced evidence for cranes’structure optimization.The Cranes’Load Test Simulaion System which combined with science and technology projects of the State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (T2010-SCQTS-0060) is developed to improve efficiency and reduce workload of cranes’simulated load analysis, and it is an innovative system which has the huge value in engineering. Doing cranes’static and dynamic characteristics sensitivity analysis and reliability and reliability sensitivity analysis by finite element method provide referenced and academic evidence for structure optimization. |
