Tied Arch is an arch bridge with special form, which in the arch bridge structurecombined girder with arch to jointly bear the load and give full play to the role of thestructural characteristics and composition of curved beams, arch compression. Tied Arch isan external redundant structure, compared with the usual arch and bridge, there is manyadvantages such as strong foundation adaptability, reasonable structure force, material saving,low building height, more construction methods, attractive appearance and other aspects, is ahardy structure. Especially steel concrete arch bridge has become a major bridge in China.With the development of bridge construction, the security issue has become the focusissue of concern. Therefore, the correct and objective evaluation of existing bridge actualbearing capacity and reliable performance is a key in the safe use of the Bridges. This needsus to bridge structure conduct regular inspection, to ensure that the healthy operation of thebridge. Bridge structure load test is an important means of bridge structure detection.Through experiment to understand the current technical status of early detection of thebridge diseases, providing scientific maintenance data for management unit, accumulation ofraw data for future bridge management to provide technical services.At present, the static load test and dynamic load test is the most accurate in the bridgedetection method, so on this bridge structure of static load test and dynamic load testresearch is very meaningful.In this paper, taking Zhao Wanghe Bridge in Liaocheng as the engineering, mainly carryout the following research work:1、Analysis of the stress characteristics of arc bridge, clear the basic force and dynamicresearch content, and combined with the actual engineering situation, space finite elementmodel is established.2、According to the established finite element model, analyse the stress characteristicsof the whole hanging and make the static load test scheme. And in practice the bridge staticload test is carried out, and test the static response of critical section and cable forceincrement of derrick. 3、Clear the bridge dynamic load test and the general process of application topractical engineering, environmental excitation method was adopted to obtain dynamictime history response of the measuring point, using the random decrement techniquemethod and ITD method identified dynamic parameters from the time history response.
