Transformer is one of the most important equipment in the power system, which operation condition relates to the whole system security, and it’s to avoid the happen of the power grid to a major accident first a pay-off safety. If it run-time failure, which will cause a big large area cut to the nation and the people bring huge economic losses. Therefore, the transformer in fault diagnosis, will be helpful for transformer assessment and management, to improve the reliability of the power system has positive significance.The DGA on-line monitoring technique in transformer is more mature, which can uninterrupted monitoring and analysis gases dissolved in transformer oil concentration. The paper designs oil-gas separation system, which is the electric power system of auxiliary equipment. And it mainly includes the vacuum arc degassing system and automatic injection system, involves temperature control and electromagnetic valve control.The paper introduces the temperature control system and electromagnetic valve control system theory, the temperature control system main uses AT89S51design temperature controller, using PID control algorithm. Through the A/D conversion, signal conditioning and solid state relays to complete. At the scene of the accurate to control, and has the automatic adjust, show, give a alarm etc. Electromagnetic valve control system is also based on SCM design, through the relay driver control circuit to open and close the oil and gas path, quantitative sampling, and degassing quantitative working procedure. The processor can realize the serial port on the control of the relay and the communication with the upper machine.
