Variable valve timing control solenoid valve is also known as Oil Control Valve,is a key components in VVT system,which is also an electro-hydraulic control device based on the principle of proportional solenoid valve.Variable valve timing system is more and more widely used and integrated in all kinds of car engine systems because of its significant energy saving and emission reduction effects.Solenoid valve as an important control component in the variable valve timing system,its performance will directly affect the working state of the entire system,so the study of the solenoid valve is particularly significant.This thesis is based on the relevant information of proportional electromagnetic valve and practical work experience accumulation,based on variable valve timing control system structure and working principle of the detailed OCV electromagnetic valve of typical structure,working principle and the variable timing control system working state.The introduction of electromagnetic valve structure is mainly focuses on key functional parts,including the analysis of spool valve,sleeve and their working state;wire groove on bobbin design and calculation;magnetic motive force,etc.Through the analysis of the typical structure of oil control valve,and combined with the theoretical knowledge of proportional solenoid valve,the Maxwell equations are introduced,and the boundary conditions in electromagnetic field are introduced.Combined with the application of finite element analysis method and ANSYS in electromagnetic field computation in the introduction,elaborated the types and application of electromagnetic macro and two-dimensional field based on ANSYS analysis steps,including the creation of physical environment,modeling,meshing,for loading and solving of the model on different regions of the property definition,boundary conditions and loads,calculation results checking,etc.Through Oil control valve motor structure,study the 2-D electromagnetic field analysis module to create solid model by ANSYS,based on the presupposition of material properties and coil parameters are calculated to obtain the value of the armature virtual force.By virtue of ANSYS electromagnetic force calculation and analysis method,through parametric study in specific conditions,including the armature movement data,coil number,septal ring length to influence virtual force.By means of the comparison of the numerical simulation and the experimental results,the trend of the simulation curve is approximately consistent with the actual measurement curve.This shows that the use of ANSYS two-dimensional electromagnetic modeling analysis to calculate the electromagnetic force in the study of oil control valve method is correct,the simulation results basically reflect the output characteristics of OCV solenoid valve.
