The Research On Tunnel’s Safety Risk Management Of Project About YGZQ-4

There are many uncertain risk factors that lead to a particular high probability for all kinds of safety accident with serious consequence for the dynamic, diversity and hierarchy features during the construetion of railway tunnel. So it is considered to a typical high-risk industries.Carrying on the construction safety risk management throughout the whole process of railway tunnel construetion, it benefits reducing the accident happening possibility, and taking a good control for the loss during perils. In view of this, writer taken a research on safety risk management during railway tunnel, proposed some safety risk management approachs according to the characteristics of railway tunnel through the analysis of domestic and international project safety risk management theory and practice.Using a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods, writer divided safety risk source into three types that are natural factors, human factors and comprehensive factors in accordance with the safety risk characteristics of railway tunnel project. And corresponding proposed three different management methods of natural factors, human factors and comprehensive factors, the research process of three management methods is similar. Firstly, writer qualitatively identified the safety risks of railway tunnel project from the view of construction unit firstly. Secondly, safety risks the safety risks were classified by quantitative method. Finally, the classification results were analyzed and summarized by qualitative method, and accordingly some response measures were proposed.Through empirical case studies, this paper summarized the theory and practices of security risk management, and look forward to provide valuable reference and information in effective safety risk management for other relevant units or other similar projects during the process of project construction.
