Research On The Train Operation Plan Optimization Of Chengdu-Dujiangyan Regional Railway

With the development of social economy and the progress of urbanization, the scale of metropolis is expanding and the economic center is also spreading to the outskirts. The forming of large passenger demand between metropolis and exurbs, even the range of regional city is inevitable. Regional railway is fast, safe, punctual, convenient, large capacity, low energy consumption and the less pollution. It can meet the demand of passenger travelling in the range of regional city. It also has a broad development space and the features of sustainable development. So developing the regional railway is the best way to solve the increasingly traffic problem between central city and satellite.Chengdu-Dujiangyan regional railway is from Chengdu to Dujiangyan and Mount Qingcheng which are two famous beauty spots. The length of Chengdu-Dujiangyan regional railway is65km and it passes some important towns, such as XiPuZhen, HongGuangZhen and Pixian city. The flow of recreation passenger and commuter passenger are the main passenger source.Based on research achievements of domestic and overseas, this paper researches the train operation plan in the light of the characteristic of regional railway passenger flow. It includes the following three aspects:1. Analysis on the characters of regional railway passenger flowThe passenger flow of regional railway has its characteristics in the distribution of time and space. The article mainly analyzes the distribution pattern of passenger flow in time,flow direction and section.2. Passenger train plan optimization of regional railwayThe article proposes the drafting procedures of regional railway train plan. It makes the optimization models of regional railway stop schedule plan and designs the solving algorithm. Combining the passenger flow data of forecast, it works out the operation plan of Chengdu-Dujiangyan regional railway in2012.3.Operation plan optimization of regional railwayBased on time interval balance indexes of train diagram,it studies the formation and optimization of regional railway train diagram. Described the revolving problem of multiple unite and proposed the optimization method of train diagram on account of multiple unite scheduling.According to existing operation plan, maked and optimized the train diagram of Chengdu-Dujiangyan regional railway in2012.The train operation plan is one of the key issues in operation and organization. The research on passenger flow characteristics and optimization of operation plan can provide theoretical foundation for regional railway operating and developing.
