Train operation plan of High-speed Railway is an important technical document during the implementation process of passenger transportation. Passenger flow, as a significant factor for drawing up train operation plan, exist a dynamic related mechanism with train operation plan. Hence, it is necessary to research on the adjustment and optimization method of train operation plan according to the dynamic passenger flow to meet passenger’s transport demand with high quality and improve the economic benefits for railway operator.Therefore, based on analyzing the existing research results, this thesis firstly implements the research on the interaction mechanism between the passenger flow and train operation plan of High-speed Railway, and the matching relation between the above both sides. Then, by studying the acquisition method of actual passenger data and the specific embodiments to adjust the operation plan, this thesis carries the research on the adjustment methods for train operation plan of High-speed Railway in the actual implementation level. At last, this thesis constructs an optimization model to achieve the adjustment of train operation plan at the technical level.Through the above research process, this thesis proposes the mode of feedback effect between the dynamic change of passenger flow and the adjustment of train operation plan. And on the basis of that, this thesis designs an evaluation method and process of the matching relation between passenger flow and train operation plan. Then, this thesis puts forward the "train operation plan adjustment modern in combination of outline plan and implement plan". In this modern, the actual passenger data are acquired by the acquisition method combined by real-time monitoring and prediction to guide the establishment of train operation plan. Finally, to provide a technical support to implement the train operation plan adjustment based on the dynamic passenger flow, this thesis builds a Multi-objective nonlinear integer programming model in which the objective function are to minimize the total passenger travel time and maximize the railway operator’s economic benefits and designs an algorithm utilizing the principle of Genetic Algorithm.
