Research On The Indicator System Of Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Large-Scale Passenger Railway Station Planning

China high-speed railway has started and developed for ten years in21th century. During that time, we have basically constructed the pattern of high-speed rail. At the same time, we are building and extending passenger station. Time is more and more precious to us. so this is the age of high-speed railway. Because the rationality of layout of facility, the adaptation between high-speed railway and city transportation etc are closely related to our trip time, so we are increasingly being attached to them.Nearly two years, our country has operated many railway lines. Post occupancy evaluation is necessary. We can acknowledge problem about high-speed railway stations and advantage of different construction of high-speed railway stations from the check-back information. So we can improve railway station planning theory and guide the future railway station construction.This paper studies that theory of planning railway station and post occupancy evaluation. Then it analysis the connotation of post occupancy evaluation about the special railway passenger station. And it builds normal steps and study method about environmental Subjective evaluation.Based on that, this paper builds the evaluation indicator system and Analysis evaluation factors, considering from social efficiency, transportation function, building function, economic efficiency and environment Influence of large-scale railway station.Finally, we design the questionnaire survey of subjective evaluation following the indicator system. And we do the questionnaire survey to Shanghai Hongqiao railway station and WuHan railway station. Then we analysis and statistics to the data. We conclude that the distinction between the planning and construction fact and the evaluation by passenger at the two station and determine the validation of the evaluation indicator svstem.
