It has been the most important means of transportation on land of the human society, at the same time, it also plays an important role of the world economic development. To further increase the competitiveness of rail to road and air, and give full play to the rapid rail transport, span large areas, safe, reliable, high quality transport characteristics, the vigorous development of the fast rail freight corridors is imperative. Chinese freight transport for each region’s economic development provides a good material base in order to achieve the realization of safe, efficient, and convenient transportation of goods, and to meet the transportation needs of high value-added goods, high-value cargo, overnight baggage and parcel express services. During the passenger non-peak-periods, especially at night when the fewer the number of passenger trains go, the fast freight transport can use the idle carriage capacity in the passenger dedicated line. The Post Fast Train opened a new rapid transport corridor which jointed the railway and post. That is a major break through in the traditional railways and postal modes of transport, and not only rich the on the transport concept of railway line packet, but also achieve the railway sustainable development of specific reflected.This thesis is based on the model of the structure of the New-type Fast Post Car and analysis the structure and stress of the vehicle parts, at the same time, according to the theoretical knowledge of the multi-body dynamics and vehicle dynamics, complete the establishment of the New-type Fast Post Car mathematical differential equations and kinetic models, and use the multi-body dynamics simulation software Simpack to model and simulate the new Post Fast Train, analysis of the calculation results. It can be achieved the Snake critical speed, the stationary targets, the security index and the dynamic curve through performance indicators by analysis the results of the New-type Fast Post Car, and evaluate the dynamic indicators of the New-type Fast Post Car by various conditions in accordance with Chinese GB5599-85Railway vehicles—Specification for evaluation the dynamic performance and accreditation test. The results show that each dynamic indicators of the New-type Fast Post Car can meet the relevant standards and design requirements. Taking into account of the New-type Fast Post Car that is Chinese freight bogie axle box device using two stiffness of the double helix spring and the unilateral Lenoir damper, this paper also discuss the affect of the vehicle System Dynamics about the box positioning device parameters, such as the axle box friction coefficient, the Lenoir damper rings installed angle, vertical and horizontal clearance between the axle box and the guide box. |
