Study On Urban Safety Form Based On Disaster Prevention

Urban even countries are often gave huge losses by disasters which can affect the sustainable development of human society and local cities. Sum up the lessons of history can we find that if the morphological structure of urban can be more reasonable, it possibly to prevent and withstand the losses caused by disasters in urban in large part.Comb and summarize the research achievements of many countries, the core issue of this paper is raised:how to shape urban form so that it has the inherent ability of disaster prevention. To solve this problem, paper makes a systematic collection of the information about Kobe’s and North Sichuan’s reconstruction planning, combing with the existing international level theories, makes a comparison analysis of the features and the pros and cons of the planning from the perspective of urban form, and then put forward the suggestions. Furthermore, the construction method also is raised in this paper. In addition, take Beichuan new county as the object of study, the quantitative analysis methods of urban safety form as well as the methods of urban form optimization and laying the disaster prevention facilities are raised from the point of view of disaster prevention facilities construction and so on.The basic conclusions drawn by this study are as follows:(1) Use disaster risk assessment to select urban construction and development land.(2) Build a kind of flexible network urban.(3) Use community disaster possibility assessment.(4) Build a kind of green and open community.(5) Apply space syntax to layout disaster prevention facilities. The main innovations of this article are:(1) Study urban disaster prevention from the perspective of urban form in whole city level, and take it as starting point to study community form improvement.(2) Study the layout of some urban elements in using scientific space syntax.(3) From the theory of spatial behavior, with the space syntax techniques to resolve the deep impact mechanism for disaster prevention behavior infected by urban spatial configuration in the event of a disaster.
