Development Research Based Space Syntax In Hefei Urban Space Form

Urban form is the accumulation and precipitation in development of city’s material civilization and spiritual civilization in different historical periods. And with the development of the city it continues to evolve. At present, China is in the process of rapid economic growth and urban development. Urban population increase which led to a sharp rise in the in urban land expansion, urban space and urban restructuring, and thus contributed to the disorder evolution of the urban form. At the same time, it produced a series of urban problems, so the study of evolution of urban morphology is one of the important ways to guide the healthy and orderly development of the city.In this paper, as space syntax as the main theoretical basis and technological research methods, using quantitative way to describe the deep features and basic rules of the dynamic development of the form in Hefei. Study selected close indicator parameters of space syntax theory and urban spatial form, namely the global integration, local integration, connectivity, intelligent degree and spatial intelligence to build six different periods of space division axis Map in the central in Hefei. By comparing the change of relevant data in each period, explain the characteristics and factors of urban development of the internal space and external space, that analysis of the relationship between self-organization elements and other organization elements. In addition, the dissertation introduced an urban compact degree, which is a significant indicator of urban form, to assist the space expand research of urban space form, which I hope to explain more comprehensively of the development of the urban form. Finally, summarize the evolution, features, mechanisms, evolution and motivation and the problems currently we faced in spatial form in the central city in Hefei for a long time. By proposing future Hefei Urban Space Form optimization strategy and development model, provide the new research perspectives and ideas for the sustainable development of urban space on Hefei, while providing decision support and reference data for planning and management department.
