The method includes the investigation ofQinling valley-town, data comparison research, summarizes the common problems oftownship. Based on the analysis of the survey data theory, planning data combined with alarge number of towns status data, town area and a large number of practical projects,combined with seismic, geological disaster, flood, fire and environmental disasters and otherrelated theories, put forward some prevention strategies. Finally, based on the actual town planning projects to illustrate the strategies.This study will be obtained for the disaster prevention system in the Qinling areavalley-town and disaster prevention and mitigation strategies for major disasters in this area.Policy covers from the planning, architectural design to the specific engineering measures,has carried on the elaboration to the disaster prevention and security in the region.
