| Nowadays, with a lot of reasons, many building structures need transformation and reinforcement. Only when the designers analyse the structures in whole, the transformation and reinforcement can achieve excellent effects in order to ensure the safety of the structures.Because of the simple form, easy construction, the higher net height of building, and so on. In this article, based on a four-layer flat plate structure project, I propose research methods and ideas of the transformation and reinforcement from the whole structure. The main contents are:(1) Because the building was constructed in the1930th, not having the structure chart for simulations, the proprietor authorized a testing company to detect the strength of concrete, the steel of columns and plates of the building. Analyzing the information, and judging the cases of strengthening and rebuilding, which one of the project is simpler and more economical?(2) Nowadays the structural design software couldn’t calculate the flat plate structure directly, only when we transform the flat plate structure to the framework structure. In the article, according to the codes in force, I model the structure with PKPM, and analyze the model from the natural vibration period, displacement and the shear coefficient.(3) After the reforming on the basis of the proprietor, the floor of the building are irregular, and the surrounding of the opening are weak links. The strength and stiffness of the floor are reducing. I analyze the model.(4) According to the simulative calculations of the primary structure and the reforming structure separately, I study the problems that are caused by reforming, the weak link of the opening. Comparing with the strengthening methods, I choose the suited ones and propose the design precept of strengthening. What’s more, we should consider the factors as the economy, the construction and the schedule.(5) After reforming and strengthening according to the design precept, I perform simulative calculations of the reforming and strengthening structure, and evaluate the effects of structure. |
