Because of the worsening of energy resource and the global warming, many people pay more attention to the energy and word’s climate. Energy saving and protecting the environment become an important theme in today’s society. Improving energy efficiency and reducing the burning of fossil fuels are important to the sustainable development of China’s energy strategy.This paper describe the current situation of China’s energy, the development course and working of the absorption heat transformer system using lithium bromide is introduced. Based on the first and the second law of thermodynamics, building a simulation model is developed with MATLAB by introducing a set of mass conservation and heat conservation equations to analyze influential factors of the system which is driven by low-temperature thermal energy. The results calculated by computer are illustrated in a series of analytical diagram. Under different working conditions, discussed and analyzed the influence of the change of condenser temperature,evaporator temperature, generator temperature and absorber temperature on the equipment performance. Based on the maximum coefficient of performance and maximum performance area ratio as objective function, this article conduct optimized calculation of the system by using improved inherited arithmetic. Considering the characteristics of absorption heat pump, providing heat to reboiler of gas fractionation unit in refinery using the0.2MPa and0.35MPa steam which is produced by absorption heat transformer of lithium bromide absorption heat pump that is driven by the waste heat from refinery, this method avoid waste and environmental pollution that provided steam by fossil fuel burning. At the end, this article make analysis of the whole system in economy from the investment recovery period.This article draw the conclusions that the lithium bromide absorption heat pump system can improve energy utilization ratio and has no pollution to the environment according to analyze and calculate the system, it show that the system has better energy-saving effect, good economy and environmental protection.
