With the more and more serious of the environment pollution and ncreasingly tense energy, energy saving and emission reduction has become he focus of the society attention. With the increasingly attention to the levelopment of new energy, the recycling of waste heat resources has ecome more and more important. Such as the waste heat of the bath center Or somewhere else, the use of which should be vigorously advocated.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of public’s bath sewage Waste heat and needs of hot water in bath, a set of water source heat pump system of heat recovery is put forward. The running performance of the System are studied and analyzed by establishing a waste heat recovery water source heat pump system test bed. Through the experimental study, get the Change rule of system performance with the different system parameters. Through the running instance of waste heat recovery heat pump system ipplied in the barber shop, prove the feasibility of the system )peration.Compared with no heat exchanger heat pump system, the experiment comparison shows the superiority and the economy of waste heat ecovery heat pump system with heat exchanger. Based on the above experimental results,further economic analysis and practical operating lode discussion on the apply of waste heat recovery heat pump system.Experimental results show that the main parameters of the system affecting the efficiency of unit in different degrees. The increase of the Cooling water flow can significantly improve the system COP, but due to the ncrease of the cooling water flow will greatly reduce the hot water temperature of the system, so as to restrict the practical application of heat pump system as hot water heater; The increasing of waste water discharge or Waste water temperature would make the system COP basically remains unchanged after the first increase trend. The excessive waste water flow and emperature would not significantly improve the efficiency of energy utilization, on the contrary, it causes greater heat loss. The running instance of waste heat recovery heat pump system applied in the barber shop show that the system not only meet the needs of continuous hot water supply, but also have great economy.Through calculation and analysis, the heat pump system COP can reach 6.0 under the system runs stably, it’s practical ipplication and operation is feasible when it applied in the place such as bath center. The COP of waste heat recovery heat pump system with a heat exchanger is higher than heat pump system without it, the energy saving ffect is more obvious. Considering the heat loss of heat pump system in ictual operation in this paper, with actual COP value of 5.0 for economic inalysis, the results show that the use of waste heat recovery heat pump system in bath center have great energy efficiency and economy, and theadditional initial investment can be recovered within two years.
