| As one of the key parts in rotating mechanical system, the bearing’s performance directly affects the stability and reliability on the operation of the system. Especially in the high temperature, the high-speed and complex load spindle system of aero-engine, the higher dynamic character of the bearing is necessary. This paper focuses on the dynamic character about angular contact ball bearing which is very useful for aero-engine spindle system. Firstly, according to the structural characteristics of the bearing, researching the bearing’s load distribution and deformation through the useful of the basic theory of Hertz, the theory of ring raceway control and the dynamic analysis methods under certain conditions, research indicates that the initial contact angle and the preload of the angular contact ball bearing make a certain impact on the deformation; then from the theory of elastic mechanics, researching the actual amount of running interference between the main spindle and inner ring of the angular contact ball bearing, consideration to the temperature, speed and the rolling’s centrifugal force and other factors simultaneously; Then researching the appearance mechanism of friction moment, analysis of factors affected friction moment of the bearing is studied through using the general method and new method, lubrication of various parts and other factors on the bearing inner ring of the friction torque has been studied and determined the maximum static friction that the spindle can withstand after the matching, studying on the critical condition for relative swing between inner and spindle; Finally, developing the corresponding rolling bearing dynamics analysis software through using Visual C++6.0 in the Windows XP system and using Matlab’s graphics capabilities to achieve the results of data visualization.Through this paper, after the analysis of the angular contact ball bearing load distribution and deformation, the actual amount of interference berween the main spindle and the inner ring and with other moments of friction, it will provide some theoretical basis on the bearing parameters and optimization of structure design. |
