The Planning And Research Of Urban Public Transport System Under Overrall Efficiency

With the development of our national economy and people’s living standards, China’s major cities are rapidly developing, and the transport system lags far behind the pace of development speed of urban development, so the traffic problem has become the "bottleneck" to restricting China’s urban development. In the increasingly crowded urban traffic environment, the study of urban transport problems is imperative, and the most effective way that can ease urban traffic congesting status is planning and researching the city bus system.China’s current transportation system problems include crowded problem, safe problem, comfort of public transport facilities and other issues, including the most serious and urgent problem to solve is the crowded problem. To solve this problem this paper do research from three aspects, including the bus priority, improving road usage and implementation of digital management. And we draw the approach to improve the urban transport quickly is bus priority. It can raise the efficiency in urban transport, improve people’s lives, promote the development of society. From the study of this paper, it is known that making special roads for buses, developing public transport pivoy, realizing priority of buses in crosses and government supporting are methods to achieve bus priority. Among them, making special roads for buses has been used in many Chinese cities, and to some extent promotes bus priority. But the problem of social vehicals occupying special roads for buses is still existing. This needs the government to build up the real usage of special roads for buses with policies. Building up public transporting pivot is the key point of this paper. By transforming traditional small stations into functional public transporting pivot the bus priority can become true. In the public transporting pivot we can realize the bind between buses and the station pavilion and selling tickets out of the bus. In this way we can improve people’s living standard. In realizing bus priority in crosses we research from two aspects: turning left without changing ways in crosses and setting up no-parking regions for social vehicals to realize buses turning right without obstruction and make buses pass with no stop. In this paper, first of all I did some in-depth research for the problems of China’s public transport system. Second, I have conducted a comprehensive analysis and summary for the traffic congestion problem. Finally, I resolve the problems through the design of the bus system, thereby improving overall road traffic efficiency.
