This paper takes a certain type of naval gun as the research object, which is in view ofthat,on the basis of Launching conventional ammunition, it also has to be able to launchGuided munitions compatibly according to the requirement of the Combat missions. It alsostudied the problem of launch compatibility of the reverse recoil device in the process oflaunching. Using classical interior ballistic theory and dynamic related theory, this thesis setsup the gun interior ballistic model and recoil, return period of automata theory models. On thebasis of the models that have been builded up, using the simulation software MATLAB , Icompiled computer programs to simulate the Interior ballistic characteristics when thenaval gun launches regular shells, the recoil of the recoil part under different launch angle, and the recoil movement process. Thus obtained the law of motion of the automaton, and alsothe velocity, displacement, recoil, liquid pressure and other parameters. The results of thesimulation and the Live ammunition firing test have good consistency, suggests that thedynamic model and the method of calculating is correct. On this basis, I analyzed the firingrate , smoothness of the movement, and the movement reliability of the automatic machine.Using the dynamic model , I simulated the interior ballistics when this naval gun launched theGuided munition, recoil of the recoil part, and the recoil movement process, obtained thekinematics and the dynamics parameters of the automaton. Simulation results show that thisnaval gun’s recoil device can launch Guided munitions compatibly, whose maximum recoilforce and recoil force displacement meet the design’s requirements. But the maximum recoildisplacement is 388mm when lunching in -15 angles with the less charge. The simulationresult is closer to the minimum recoil displacement of 380mm which automatic machine cycleneeds. The reliability is not too high to realize guidance shell bursts under extremely harsh conditions. The result of this paper’s research is helpful to the study of the compatibility of thereverse recoil device when the navy gun launches a variety of ammunition.
