In the paper I extensively searched the domestic and foreign literature on the anti-shipweapons to attack the ship process.with the test environment and testing requirements of thewarhead invasion burst ships and the GJB4842-2003 and GJB763.4-89national militarystandards,I determine the frequency range of the test system from 5HZ to 10KHZ, the flatfrequency response with±0.5dB,nonlinearity error of less than±5%, as well as theinstallation requirements of the sensor. In this paper adopt the oretical analysis, numericalsimulation and the live-fire test to researchthe following Content.(1)The paper,adopt LS-DYNA to analyse that 200kg missile penettrate into the Shipmodel with 50t on the 70 angle of attack in order to evaluate test environment, guide of theinstallation layout of the test system and test equipment range selection 50000g.I calculatedstress trend, vibration curve and the residual velocity of the missile on the warhead penettrateinto the simulated cabin deck.(2)The paper analyse that explosive environment with high temperature,electromagneticpulse,high-pressure and fragmentation.The mechanical principle of the test system to meet thetest conditions.I take effective measures to the problem of the test system. According to theNationalthe military standard,I calculated the top ten order of frequency of the measured bodyand sensor mount which is less than 50HZ.I selected to meet the requirements of the sensormodel and analysed installation and calibration methods.I design the whole shock and vibrationtest systems to provide a vibration test system circuit device selection basis, design ideas andsignal transmission protection and so on.(3)With simulation test, I obtain damage effects and valuable shock and vibration testdata through missile penettrate into and explode the ship model.I combined with previousexperimental and theoretical analysis to analyse test results and test data in order to verify thereliability and accuracy of the test system These provide valuable data and experience for theimpact of the research ship capacity, numerical simulation and test system improvements.
