Through researches on the anti-riot weapon injury threshed criteria at home and abroad, Iconcluded the diameter of 18.4mm kinetic energy shotgun injury threshold. I did researchon the change in muzzle velocity of the anti-riot gun based on diameter. By comparingcharacteristics of several variable muzzle velocity of technology, based on riot gun interiorballistic theory, I created a mathematical model of interior ballistics for plus chamber volumevariable muzzle velocity of technology and barrel to open the leak hole variable muzzlevelocity of technology. With yhe classical Runge-Kutta method, I simulated the variableinterior ballistics muzzle velocity, and finally got the external chamber volume in differentposition of cylinder, volume corresponding to the muzzle velocity of the projectile in thebarrel; leak holes on different position, leakage hole corresponding to the size of the muzzlevelocity of a projectile. In order to make the muzzle velocity of gun body structure morematch device, in this paper, two kinds of variable speed technology combinations named“combined variable velocity technology”. Namely uses the external chamber volumetechnique, and the tube open drain hole technology. In the chamber position and chambervolume, and the tube position open drain hole, with certain technical means we can make theleakage hole size change. Through the combined variable velocity of interior ballisticsimulation, we concluded the influence of changes in vent size on projectile muzzle velocitylaw under the circumstances the foreign chamber volume is constant. Finally we found asolid modeling based on the obtained data on variable velocity device. It provides a certainreferential significance for variable velocity technology following research.
