The design level of flying parameters testing equipment influenced the testingprocess and period about the flying in a great degree. The test of flying was totallycompleted by flying parameters testing equipment whose performance influenced theaccuracy of test result and research period directly. So flying parameters testingequipment played an important part in the research of flying and performance analysis.In this paper, a flying parameters testing equipment was designed, whichdepended on dynamic test theory. It was mainly used to acquire various flyingparameters in the flying process, monitor Real-time flying states, store Real-time dataand transmit data. It was a synthesized Testing Equipment which had much functionsuch as data acquired, data stored and data transmitted. The flying parameters testingequipment was mainly made up of telemetry acquisition and coding device and groundtesting device. Telemetry acquisition and coding device was used to acquire and codethree dimensional posture parameters and time sequence. Ground testing device wasused to test and verify the functional mode of telemetry acquisition and coding device.Aiming at the research content and emphasis, and analyzing the current situation ofthe research at home and abroad, this paper designed the entire plan and introduced taskrequirement, work principle and communication protocol. The flying parameters testingequipment used field programmable gate array (FPGA) as the logic control, whichsimplified the design of hardware and logic and enhanced the flexibility and reliabilityof the equipment. It used 485 communication protocol for data transmission .To receivethe high-speed data, it adopted the synchronous 485 communication protocol. And toreceive the low-speed data, it adopts the asynchronous 485 communication protocol. Itanalyzed the key technique which about data transmission tactics and the realization of485 communication protocol. The paper introduced the hardware and logic design of telemetry acquisition and coding device and ground testing device separately inconnection with the technique and function need of different equipment in detail. Thispaper also did research on analog signal conditioning acquiring, the RS485 signal sentand received and the realization of high accuracy programmable multi- charge signalsource.Finally, this paper introduced the testing device and process of the flyingparameters testing equipment. The flying parameters testing equipment met task need,worked stably and reliably and realized the flying parameters acquiring, storage andtransmission through numerous measure and test.
