Currently, the automatic testing devices are widely used in the aerospace industry. Thedata memory is responsible for storing the parameter information generated by various typesof sensors in the process of aircraft launching, and the automatic devices play a crucial role indetecting the data memory, so the development of automatic testing devices is a majorbreakthrough for the space industry.The automatic testing devices designed in this paper is mainly for the data memory.Inorder to ensure that the performances can meet the requirements of the memory,we need tocarry out a large number of experiments before the practical application of the data memory.The remote console needs to provide the necessary signal source and control commands forthe data memory in the process of unit testing. Through the analysis of data transmissioncharacteristics, this paper chooses the RS-422bus technology to transmit the short-distancedata, and chooses the optical fiber for the remote data transmission.The reading module designed in this paper is used to read the memory remains afterfiring the aircraft. The previous devices and IPC are placed separately, so they areinconvenient to be moved at the scene of the testing. In this article, the keyboard mouse, IPC,the remote console and power box are unified placed in the cabinet, therefore the flexibility ofthe testing device is greatly improved.Lots of experiments show that the testing device has the stable performance. This deviceis able to test the data memory and read the data back reliably, then the researchers can getgreat reference value through processing and analyzing the data on the host computer.
