The Research On The Dynamic Scheduling Of The Container Terminal Operation System Key Resources

With the continuous development of container transportation in China and continu-ous expanding of foreign trade, wharf plays an increasingly important role in the nation-nal economy; the competition becomes more and more fierce. Due to the increasingly f-ierce competition some terminals blindly expand construction, which has raised the cost and caused the idle of the equipment, but that did not increase terminal operation ability. So how to optimize the allocation of the wharf is the most important thing of the termin-als development.On the basis of the actual research and access to a large number of documents, I h-ave a certain understanding of the work flow, loading and unloading process and other I information, and take the key resources of terminal as the research object, use mathema-tical model to solve the dynamic scheduling problem, finally give corresponding sched-uling plan, which can provide the theory basis for practical operation of terminal. First, reading a large number of documents and confirm the major content, then analysis cont-ainer terminal composition and operation process and determine the research object, th-en construct terminal operation system index system on the basis of the method and pri-nciple of index design, then establish the dynamic scheduling model of terminal key re-sources, then use SA and matlab software to solve the model, and give specific regulate-on plan for a terminal as an example.The purpose of this article is to construct container terminal’s dynamic scheduling model on its key resources, and gives corresponding optimization algorithm of solving the model, and get specific regulation plan for a terminal at last. Through the model, the paper can improve the container terminal’s operation and equipment utilization, so as to improve the throughput capacity of container terminal and terminal competitiveness.
