With the economy globalization and trade integration, node-function of container port more and more important in international transport. The operation efficiency and effective of container terminals caused more and more attention of the society and the industry. In the daily operation of the container terminal, container yard often is the priority among priorities of container terminal. Therefore, the management and scheduling of large equipment and space resources of container terminal yard are becoming one of hot researches of container port at present.In this paper the traditional container terminals as the study object, proposes the dynamic optimization method for yard crane scheduling in real-time, to meet the real time yard cranes scheduling of dynamic business demand environment need. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1).After reading the container yard resource scheduling of domestic and foreign literature, and determine the main research contents. Secondly, based on analyzing the terminal operation system, the reality of the container terminal operation requirements and constraints, to define the specific problem of this study. Finally, to determine the optimization goal, container terminal yard crane dynamic scheduling of practical constraints, decision-making capacity, the formation of scheduling system yard crane container terminal. Set up a to belong to an integer programming model for multi yard crane transition dynamic scheduling mathematical model, the objective is to minimize the total task delay and total time yard crane transition.(2). The analysis of some classic near optimization algorithm, to design a heuristic algorithm is very match. Resulting from the multi point crossover strategy of genetic algorithm a new method which and the heuristic algorithm is embedded in the framework of infeasible solution correction strategy.(3). Based on a history instance of Tianjin port container terminal, the validity of the dynamic yard crane transit scheduling model and heuristic algorithm to construct the strict verification, and the results are compared with yard crane transit scheduling optimization of the traditional.The results of this study help to improve the level of container terminal scheduling yard crane in yard, especially to provide decision support for yard crane scheduling work dynamic task demand environment, has certain reference value to production scheduling of large equipment in other fields.
