| In many types of energy, electric energy has many outstanding characteristics:large centralized production, economically long distance transmission and clean environme-ntal protection. It is main energy in human life and production. As the core equipment of electric energy production, transmission and use, motors play a more and more imp-ortant role in modern society of industries and department. Small and medium generat-ors are not only enormous and wide quantity of products, but also widely used power equipment in the national economic sectors.This essay mainly studies and discusses the basic principle and design parameters of generator based on radial and axial composite magnetic field. Compared to traditional generators, in economic performance, it has small volume and uses less efficient mate-rials under the same capacity and in generator structurical performance, rotor structure applies magnetic poles of double rotors and stator structure applies bar stator. Because of the innovation of generator structure, there should analyze magnetic field and study principle of the generator. Firstly there should analyze magnetic field of the generator by magnetic field analysis software and define magnetic circuit structure and flow. Se-condly, there should calculate magnetic circuit through equivalent magnetic circuit pri-nciple diagram and define the magnetic flux density, the magnetic induction and magn-etomotive force. At same time there should calculate rated current with no-loads and 1-oads. Thirdly, there should operate no-loads and loads experiment, analyze harmonic of output waveform and find causes of distortion with experimental results. At last, ac-cording to analysis of magnetic field and harmonic, there should change generator stru-ure and parameters to performance index of national standard. |
