Tower crane is one of the indispensable mechanical equipment in the process of building construction, along with the significant increase in floor space and expanding in the scale of the construction, using a gradual increase in the number of tower crane. Due to the work processes of a tower crane is an interactive process, needing the designs and products full of humanness, therefore, ergonomics design of tower crane on the development of the industry as a whole is of very great significance. To effectively solve technical problems and the design flaw encountered in ergonomic design of tower crane to the ultimate goal, the theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) is melted into ergonomics design, products ergonomic design process model was constructed based on TRIZ, the theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ),including technical conflict models, physical conflict models and substance -field model applied to the ergonomic design of tower crane, and solve the problems encountered by, and received the improved design scheme which is fit to the demand of the ergonomics.Firstly, apply the technical conflict of TRIZ tools to ergonomics design Including environmental conditions, the view of tower crane cab and operation mode, solve the tower crane cab adaptability, versatility, and the degree of automation of the technical conflict between dimensions and structural complexity, access to meet the requirements of ergonomics improvement programme. Under different environmental conditions,the cab will be made open and closed and methods of virtual reality view of cab demonstrated in front of the driver, and cab way to run for the elevator cab.Secondly, apply physical conflict of TRIZ tools to tower crane seat size, structure, and spatial location of vibration comfort in ergonomic design, solve the tower crane seat size, posture, chair backs, materials, physical conflict between location, space, access to meet the requirements of ergonomics improvement programme. the seat of the Chair height, width, depth, chairs face inclination angle, height, width, and angle of the backrest are designed with parameter; according to the ergonomic controls space size requirements of the indoor seats and control of tower crane driver based on the optimum size of design.Lastly, the substance - field model of TRIZ tools applied to the ergonomic design for tower crane cab linkage console, tower crane cab linkage console manipulation handles of ergonomic design process in hand comfortable sexual difference, forced does not convenient. very easy skidded, action does not easy control, and more difficult meet ergonomic requirements, substance - field problem for has solution, and get meet people machine engineering requirements of three species of improved Schemes.To TRIZ for theory Foundation, tower crane cab of environment conditions and run way of the vision are solved, and solved the technical problems in the process of ergonomic design of cab seat of size, and structure, and vibration comfortable sexual and space location, and tower crane cab linkage console handles, and get ergonomic requirements of improved schemes., it is a higher of reference value for Tower crane of ergonomic design.
