In order to improve the bearing capacity and durability of the base, and reduce theearly stage disease of asphalt pavement, this paper made a thorough research thatrelying on the“YUNLUO Expressway Project”, on the RCC mix design, workability,mechanical index and Construction Technology, and provided reference for futuresimilar projects.This paper synthesized the technology requirements of cement-stabilizedsemi-rigid base and RCC surface, and proposed the evaluation criteria of technicalindex about the raw materials. Through the finite element software analysis, andconnecting with the previous project construction experience, and puts forward thebasic roller compaction concrete strength index requirements, the compressivestrength of 7 days and 28 days are no less than 10MPa and 15MPa respectively, andthe flexural strength of 28 days is not less than 3.0MPa.Through making many experiments,this article made a research on the influenceof the factors such as the amount of cement,water cement ratio,gradation, mixingtime , laying aside time to the workability and mechanical index of the RCC concretemixture. According to the experiments results this paper puts forward the scope of thecontrol key factors in the process of mixture ratio design.Through comparing a variety of RCC base mix design method, the base mix wasdesigned by the heavy compaction method of traditional cement stability base and theabsolute volume method of orthogonal experiment respectively in this paper,meanwhile, compared the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods. At lastexperiments results were analyzed by extremum difference analysis and grey relationentropy method respectively. The results showed that the main influence factors onits workability and mechanical index is the amount of cement, water cement ratio andgradation . Finally, the optimum mixture ratio of RCC base was determined.At present there is no current construction standard to follow on RCC baseconstruction, in order to improve the quality of the construction and meet itsworkability and mechanical index requirement, this article made a research on theconstruction technology including mixing,transportation,paving and rolling,jointsprocessing and health preserving of the RCC concrete. At last specific constructiontechniques were proposed in the construction process.
