| At present,asphalt pavement recycling technology in our country is still in theprimary stage .Compared with other developed countries, research is still relativelylacking on the basic theory and engineering experience, especially for PE modifiedasphalt less. Therefore, in terms of the macro and micro perspective, the agingmechanism of PE modified asphalt is analyzed. Different aging degree of modifiedasphalt is regenerated by adding a new asphalt mix recycling agent and theregenerative effect of the asphalt is analyzed.Firstly, indoor accelerated aging test (RTFOT and PAV test) is simulated for thePE modified asphalt.The performance (penetration, softening point, ductility, andviscosity) change of asphalt aging before and after is detected to analyze aging ruleof modified asphalt. Different points of asphalt aging behavior in two agingconditions is compared and found that an extension of RTFOT aging time cansimulate asphalt long-term aging better. DSR test and BBR test are carried out fororiginal asphalt, RTFOT asphalt, RTFOT + PAV asphalt to evaluate change on thehigh temperature stability, fatigue resistance, low temperature cracking of asphaltaging before and after.Secondly, according to the characteristics of the asphalt aging extent andcomposition of the lack, the aging of asphalt is regenerated by the use of No. 70asphalt mixed recycling agent OP-1100 and PE modified asphalt mixed recyclingagent OP-1100 made from recycling agent A, B . Due to the different levels ofasphalt aging, the size of the recycling agent dosage is also different. Comparing testdata and we found that the regeneration of the recycling agent A is superior to therecycling agent B. Taken into account to determine the best recycling agent amountto add in the pressure-aging for 5 hours, 20 hours, 30 hours of asphalt was 12%, 16%,24%.Finally, four-component analysis, infrared spectrum analysis and DSC test arecarried out for original asphalt, PE modified asphalt, aging asphalt and regeneratedasphalt, modifier and recycling agent. The aging mechanism and regenerationmechanism of asphalt is investigated from micro perspective, the asphalt differentgroup branch transformation and the effect of the modifier and recycling agent in themodified asphalt is revealed in the process of aging and regeneration. |
