Green Space System Evaluation Of Dongying City

Urban greening plays an important role in urban ecological system and reflects the quantity of living habitat. At present, Urban Green Space System Planning hasn’t formed a specific evaluation in China. We usually use "green rate","green coverage" and "park green space per capita" as a yardstick. By using WorldView-Ⅱ data, September2010, the author obtains the green cover information extraction of Dongying City in this passage. Also, combining with ArcGIS software to analyze the urban green space and proposing the establishment of innovative green system planning evaluation system creativity. This paper mainly researches and carries out some conclusions as follows:(1) With the ERDAS software for interpreting remote sensing images and extracting the green, green of Dongying City calculated was35.25%, green coverage rate of39.77%, per capita park green area is12.89square meters/person, all indicators have been to achieve the indicators of "National Garden City". But as the point of city view, disparities in the ratio of green space and green coverage between the East and West District of Dongying City, mainly due to the reason that the West is an Old Town. The West was built so early that its urbanization late of green space planning. In contrast, the East belonged to the late urban expansion from the parks, housing, unit of green space coverage is relatively high.(2) The establishment of resistance to the cumulative model is easy to calculate the green parks up. Regarding land types as the resistance factor to calculate accessibility of Dongying City parks and green land, it can be concluded that the accessibility of Dongying City Park within10minutes to park service area for83.97%is favorable. Good accessibility also indirectly reflects the high utilization of Dongying City Park and the well social services of urban green space.(3) From the perspective of the urban landscape green, both the plentiful green types of Dongying City and the low level of fragmentation are wonderful. Although the Greens are in dominant position, the gap between various types of plaque grade is critical. It still need having great efforts to build small and medium-sized spots blocks and to speed up the construction of medium-sized plaques and medium-sized plaque. Only in this way can reduce the irregularity of Dongying City green.(4) Integrate three indicators as the evaluation criteria. All the three are green space evaluation of standardized indicators, parks and green accessibility and urban green space landscape. Collecting a large number of references and consulting with some experts, this essay use subjective weighting method to establish the right value judgment matrix and its consistency test and establishing the Dongying city greenbelt system evaluation criterion in the end. The evaluation show a comprehensive assessment of7.34,which means the Dongying city greenbelt system belongs to level-Ⅱ. To point against the existing problems of Green space system in Dongying city, this passage try to propose some scientific and rational recommendations for future planning.
