Research On The Design Of Chongqing Green Highway Indicator System And Evaluation System

As a new development concept of highway engineering,green highway is an important way to practice"sustainable development theory"and achieve"double carbon goal".In the background of the gradual transformation of industrial civilization to ecological civilization,green highway construction and development is definitely the future direction of highway engineering.Based on the demand of green highway construction,this thesis establishes the green highway index system and evaluation system in Chongqing by sorting out the development process of green highway theory at home and abroad,according to the green highway construction links and engineering characteristics,and combining with the regional characteristics of Chongqing.The main research contents and results are summarized as follows:Firstly,the core elements and characteristics of green highway construction in Chongqing are analyzed,and based on the principles of index system construction,the green engineering evaluation index system at home and abroad is referred to,and the green highway index system in Chongqing is established with"resource conservation,energy saving and emission reduction,quality service,ecological construction and scientific and technological innovation"as the primary index,which contains 4,5,5,4and 2 secondary indexes respectively,and the basis and observation points of each index are explained.Secondly,the hierarchical analysis method（AHP）was used to assign the weights to the indicators of the green highway index system by establishing the hierarchical structure model,constructing the judgment matrix,calculating the weights of each indicator and the consistency test of the judgment matrix,etc.The weights of the first-level indicators of the green highway index system in Chongqing were obtained,among which the weights of resource intensive₁,energy conservation and emission reduction₂,quality service₃,ecological construction₄ and science and technology₅ index weights are0.0883,0.2970,0.2970,0.1807,0.1370 respectively.On this basis,the judgment matrix of secondary indicators is constructed,the weights of each secondary indicator are assigned,and through the consistency test,it is pointed out that among the secondary indicators of Chongqing green road evaluation system,₂₁ of energy consumption and carbon emission during the construction period,₃₃ of high temperature resistant material technology application in material design stage and₅₂ of"wisdom+"road traffic facility construction are the key evaluation indicators.52 belong to the key evaluation indexes,and their weights are 0.1146,0.1013 and 0.0913 respectively.Then,using the gray fixed-weight clustering evaluation model,the evaluation levels of green roads in Chongqing were classified:one-star,two-star and three-star.Construct the possible degree function of each gray class,calculate the gray evaluation weight of each index,and according to the principle of maximum affiliation,the evaluation object(3 interval gray number belongs to the gray class*,and its gray class level is used as the evaluation result,thus constructing the evaluation system of Chongqing city green highway.Finally,in order to improve the practicality of the evaluation system,the software of Chongqing green highway evaluation system containing three sections of"highway information management,highway index monitoring,and green highway analysis"is built according to the evaluation process by using python language.The evaluation of Chongqing Tong Rong Expressway is carried out,and the output results show that the evaluation level is three-star green highway.Among the primary indicators,energy saving and emission reduction₂ and scientific and technological innovation₅ are three-star green indicators,resource conservation₁ and ecological construction₄ are two-star green indicators,and quality service₃ is one-star green indicator.The second-level indicators of one-star green indicators 6,two-star green indicators 5,three-star green indicators 9,and according to the evaluation results of the analysis and summary of the green road construction experience and improvement measures in Chongqing.
