Research On Design Of Urban Underground Garage

As China’s economy continued to run high, many people, cars and more parking spaces, is a common problem of all major domestic cities, parking is difficult to become the urban development of "chronic illness". For the current situation of shortage of urban resources and land is scarce, the development and construction of the underground garage became an effective way to resolve the current parking problems. In recent years, China’s urban underground garage construction has made great achievements, but there is still a lack of human input of funds, planning and design, and post-management is not in place and other issues. Planning, design as an important factor in the underground garage construction and use of its system analysis and in-depth study, the sound development of great significance to promoting urban health.In this paper, an instance of research, to ask questions, analyze problems and problem-solving model to study the design of the urban underground garage, in order to improve the quality of the overall use of the urban underground garage.Thesis in Zhengzhou City, for example, starting from the common problem of the underground garage, cited the parking ratio, parking utilization is low, the lack of humanity and there are some security risks and other aspects of interior space, and analyze the problembehind the deep-seated reasons, summarized the way of summing up the aspects of the design solutions proposed security, convenience, economy, the humane four important principles of the underground garage design, this study can help the design of the underground garage.
