Influence Of Plane Intersectionon First–class Highway And Traffic Security

In recent years,with the development of urbanization,the proportion offirst-classhighway among road network increases dramatically.Due to the incomplete closure of first-class highway,it is easy for some roads to get access to highway.Intersections become high traffic collision blackspots which limit highway demonstrates its function completely.Therefore,it is important to analyze the influence of intersections on first-class highway travelling safety level and put forward some feasible traffic safety guarantee suggestions in order to improve the service level of first-class highway.Firstly,this paper investigated the status quo of first-class highway and traffic accident statistics,and then summarized the distribution characteristics of first-class highway traffic accidents.Based on the analysis of foreign and domestic studies on the relationship between drivers,vehicles,road environment and travelling safety,their influence on first-class highway intersection travelling safety level was determined,which provided the foundation to highway traffic safety safeguard technology.Secondly,taking the roadside access entry as study object,this paper studied the intersection U-turn vehicles characteristics in order to lower the traffic collision frequency induced by intersection vehicle left turn.Additionally,the waving length of vehicle's U-turn was determined by calculation method and simulation method respectively,and then by means of comparison,evaluation indexes and standards were selected.What else,the recommended value of vehicle U-turn waving length was obtained,and the proper location of highway medial strip separation spot was determined too.Finally,the disunity of traffic safety and security facilities of first-class highway intersections is common,and it is difficult to take in-time steps for drivers to detect the location of intersections when the vehicle travelling speed is high.This paper conducted the traffic safety security facility optimization design of large-scale intersection,roadside access entry and small-scale intersection from active guidance,forced remind and safety protection respectively,and put forward a complete and perfect suggestion system for first-class highway safety and security facilities.
