The high-speed development of vehicle industry brought a high-speed development of vehicle logistics needs, which made different kinds of vehicle logistics enterprises appeared and developed rapidly in this period. This situation makes malignant competition and it leads to logistics resources waste and high return empty loading rates. So the enterprises need to found industry alliances to solve this kind of problem.Shanghai Anji and TFGL are both outstanding enterprises in the vehicle logistics industry of China, they needs a lower return empty loading rates to reduce logistics cost, but there is no improve space in their own enterprises. On the other hand, the Two’s VDC are located in Tianjin, Shanghai and Guangzhou, which means this two will make a3places convection. Return empty loading rates will be greatly reduced because they can use the other’s logistics resources in the convection. Those make the industry alliances between this two enterprises can easily be founded.The purpose is to, based on the analysis of the characteristics and present situation of the vehicle logistics industry in China, basic theory research of logistics alliance, and the regional, multimodal transportation, logistics network, operation mode, and other aspects of Shanghai Anji and TFGL, found a cooperation based on the3places convection. Considering redundancy resources brought by the3places convection, we can make use as much as possible in the transport from VDC to VSC, which makes the empty loading rates between the3places reduced, at the same time, it still can save cost from transportation costs to other areas.The author uses the qualitative and quantitative methods, design a Network node planning and transport path optimization scheme for this two enterprises. We think it can make sense to the vehicle logistics industry and give some reference to the cooperation of this two enterprises.
