| The entire automobile market has gone through the golden period of rapid growth.The competition for market share has become more and more important,and the competition among large enterprises has become more and more fierce.In this process,the competition among enterprises tends to evolve into the competition among employees.As a result,employee training plays a more and more important role in the process of enterprise management,and also puts forward higher requirements for employee training management.Reviewing the current training management status of Anji Zhixing Logistics Co.,LTD.Changsha branch,and through the training satisfaction survey and analysis,the main problems are as follows: the form of training demand survey and demand analysis is more important than content,which cannot meet the fundamental needs of enterprises for staff training;the course of training is not good enough or the quality of training is not high,which makes the training difficult to achieve the expected effect;The trainer’s teaching level needs to be improved and the course quality is not high.Employees are not active in training,which affects their participation in training and thus affects the quality of training.Training lacks effective supervision and management,and internal trainers lack motivation to improve their professional ability.Based on referring to all kinds of literature,in order to build both business goals and employee development,training,management combined with corporate strategy,training and other training module linkage,differentiation,and economy for the principle,aiming at training of preparation,the main thing is to unify the thought,strengthen the training demand investigation and the analysis improvement.For the training courses,the training course system was improved and optimized from the aspects of training organization and implementation,internal lecturer management,training course design,training effect evaluation and so on based on the competency model of employees.To improve the training system from two aspects: training management system and training evaluation system;the construction of the training teacher team is optimized from two aspects: internal trainer and external trainer respectively.Set up internal trainer selection,employment levels,incentives and other policies;We will carry out various forms of cooperation with various institutions to enrich external training resources and reduce external training costs.According to the possible difficulties encountered in the implementation of the training program,this paper proposes to guarantee the implementation of the training program from the aspects of organization,system and fund.The research results of this paper are expected to provide human resources support for the strategic development of the company,attract and retain talents for the enterprise,improve the professional ability of employees,etc.,and have a positive reference and guidance role. |
