Our country’s long-term rail network plans new Railway operation network. Economic developed area in the southeast have a large proportion in China’s high speed railway planning. The most southeast are soft soil area, High speed railway elevated line parallels with the existing railway line in most southeast. High speed railway line elevated train running high velocity, high density is likely to existing lines operation and produce unfavorable effects on the environment. This research on the safety operation, reduce the environmental impact is of great significance.This article combining with the actual conditions build up the piers-ground model. The article analysis modeling key problem consisting of the unit size, constitutive relationship, the pile and soil contact, the boundary condition. Using the actual measured data test the model. Using the model analysis influence factors that the speed, meeting, irregularities and geological conditions.High-speed train to290km/h of the actual operation speed through the bridge won’t damage to subgrade of the existing railway line. High-speed trains respectively to200km/h,250km/h,290km/h,350km/h speed through the bridge, the speed greater, the acceleration vibration level and the peak height velocity greater, but the gap is not big and The speed of soil are less than specification regulated data. Two-way high-speed train passes for existing lines vibration influence significantly greater than one-way traffic, but The speed of soil are less than specification regulated data and won’t do harm to subgrade of the existing railway line. When high speed railway line quality close to the United States six levels of track spectrum level, the maximum speed of soil peak slightly higher than the relevant specification limits, may causing some degree of influence on existing railway lines. When the foundation uses a single soil layer and high-speed train to290km/h of the actual operation speed through the bridge, the better the geological conditions, the bigger the acceleration vibration level, but the smaller the peak speed.
