With the rapid development of China's high-speed railways,high-speed railway stations as high-speed railway hubs will also increase with the expansion of high-speed railways.At present,most of the high-speed rail station houses are built on the basis of the original train station building.The reconstruction and expansion of high-speed railway station houses belongs to the construction of high-speed railway station buildings on existing lines.It is both operational and rebuilt and expanded,which makes the construction process more complicated and the safety risks more.Therefore,the management of construction safety risks and targeted countermeasures are needed to reduce safety accidents and promote the successful completion of high-speed rail station projects on existing lines.This paper mainly studies the construction safety risk management of existing high-speed rail station buildings based on risk management theory.By comparing various methods for identifying and evaluating risks,combined with the characteristics of high-speed railway station construction and risk of existing lines,fault tree analysis method is used to identify and evaluate risk.This paper takes the reconstruction station building of Liuzhou Railway Station as an example to establish a fault tree model for construction safety risk,analyzes and identifies security risk factors,and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes various security risk factors,and calculates the probability of occurrence of various risk factors.Then,it analyzes the probabilities of importance,and uses the LEC evaluation method to classify the risk levels.Finally,it proposes risk response measures and applies them to Liuzhou railway station reconstruction station projects,which has achieved good results.In this paper,the following conclusions are drawn from the research on construction safety risk management of existing high-speed railway station buildings:(1)Fault tree analysis method is applied to the identification of construction safety risks in existing high-speed rail station buildings;(2)Fault tree analysis method and LEC evaluation method are combined to establish The evaluation system is applicable to the evaluation of the construction safety risk of high-speed rail station buildings on existing lines;(3)The safety riskaccidents caused by the construction of high-speed rail station houses on existing lines are: incursion accident accidents,high altitude accidents,object strike accidents,collapse accidents,and electric shocks.
