The Boiler’s Carbon Content of Fly ash is one of the main operating indicators and technical indicators that reflect boiler dfficiency of thermal power plant, it can reflect the good and bad of boiler combustion directly, and it is also the power plant to carry out the run economic assessment, calculation of boiler efficiency, an essential raw data. Therefore, the meaning of the Carbon Content of Fly ash Online Monitoring System is very significant.This paper access to a large number of domestic and foreign literature, it complete a boiler on-line monitoring system of fiy ash carbon content overall design.The system has the timing of boiler combustion fiy ash into the crucible and the burning, and achieve carbon content.Through the load sensor measurements, and acquisition module realize the data collection.This paper has a deep research weighing sensing technology, design weighing sensing module, and realize the crucible quality, get the fiy ash crucible quality, burning after three groups of data quality of the measurement.In the paper, the Siemens PLC as collection system, this system not only realize weighing an analog signal collectiong, but also through software programming realization of fly ash manipulator of automatic sampling and burning.This article construct the mathematic model of fly ash carbon content to calculate carbon. The data can show on the PC soon, the receive carbon content data combined with operating parameters loss analysis principle, and calculating the unit loss due to carbon content change. It can improve the efficiency of the unit.The system combinate with traditional laboratory chemical burning weigh and real-time online burning monitoring technology, it implements a high-precision real-time online intelligent monitoring the Carbon Content of Fly ash. After the operating person of Carbon Content of Fly ash monitoring, it can effectively reduce the Carbon Content of Fly ash, and it not only improve the efficiency of the unit, but also improve the Fly ash quality. The economic effect is very obvious. The results show that this study has a strong practical.
