Integrated Station-Bridge Structure is a complex structure, which combines the bridge structure and the station building structure together. It can effectively use the space to create a spacious and comfortable waiting environment of the transit station and realize the art and human nature of the structure, but also can set the blend of rail transport and ground transportation to achieve functional diversification. It has become an inevitable trend of the next large station structure. As a new type of structural system, the features such as large stiffness and components in various forms and the heterogeneity of the stiffness of the local functional architecture of the lower frame structures as well as large span and flexible of the upper shells, which make the design and analysis methods in trouble. This paper takes Tianjin West Railway Station as the research object and determines calculation model by the reasonable simplified then has researched the seismic performance by using direct finite element method. The main researches are as follows:(1) With the SAP2000software, the author establishes the reasonable calculation model and uses the ground motion parameter that comes from the site survey report and then compares the spectrum analysis and dynamical time-history analysis of the structure. The results show that the structure meets the seismic performance index when it is under the minor or moderate earthquake and the irregularities of the plane and vertical are good enough.(2) Equal rigidity substitution principle can calculate the model into a reinforced concrete model, the rationality of the new model is checked and completes the Pushover analysis, then gives the yield mechanism of the structure. The results show that the most components of the structure are still in the flexible working state and just some of them are yield under the major earthquake, it meets the seismic fortification target that the structure won’t collapse. The structure has good deformation properties and the inter-story displacement angles are all less than the limitation.(3) Focus on the natural wave whose dynamic response is obvious, does the dynamic elastoplastic analysis and compares with the Pushover analysis. The results show that the maximum inter-story displacement angle appears in the joints of the upper part of the reticulated shells and the lower frame structures, the practical projects should strengthen them. As a conceptual design method, the yield mechanism can be used as standards by controlling the main structure in the design stage.
