We choose the kind of B to analyze its reliability, and get the cycle ofequipment maintenance, and then analyze the managing framework and flow ofequipment maintenance to optimize it to reduce the wasting time and develop theefficiency of the framework. At last, basing on the analysis of reliability, we choosethe object which has the minimum reliability, and build a model HMM to identify thekind of equipment failure, so that the factory can reduce time to identify failure, andadvance the equipment maintenance power of the wheel factory.The part of developed managing of equipment maintenance managing is used,the target of it such that equipment in good condition has increased, equipment data ismore exact, and it afford guarantee to the manufacture of enterprise.
