Since the mechanism of Un-coaler GK company was introduced to China, it hasreceived wide acclaim for its rational design and efficient productivity. Therefore,many domestic manufacturers take ongoing efforts to imitate the product. However,they have not been successful so far for the reason that domestic research departmentsdo not have the technical principle of the mechanism of Un-coaler, so they can justimitate the simple shape and it has caused a lot of problems, such as unreasonabledevice vibration mode, discharging accuracy of the device not meeting the operationrequirements, serious blockage of the coal, as well as excessive noise. So, it isnecessary to improve our country’s domestic the mechanism of Un-coaler on the basisof analysis the mechanism of Un-coaler in-depth, and it can provide more scientificand reasonable reference to the development of our country’s coal machine by doingthis. This paper have a detailed analysis of the development process of the vibratingfeeder and carry out a systematic study on the kinematics, dynamics and controltechnology of the coal machine through theoretical analysis and system simulation forthe exist problems in coal feeder.On the basis of establishing the kinematics and dynamics model of double massof the mechanism of Un-coaler, this paper carry out a detailed analysis of the workingprinciple of this device, and through the systematic calculation, this paper has reachedthe critical condition of the throwing motion, forward sliding from initial conditionsand reverse sliding of the materials, and it also gives the theoretical average speed ofthe material’s throwing motion and forward sliding. The dynamics model has beenverified reasonable by the simulation result, which comes from simulation using theSimulink toolbox in MATLAB software vibration model simulation. At the same time,this paper has checked and calculated the stiffness and stress of the exciting rubberspring vibration system and vibration isolation rubber spring and gives the formula ofthe diameter of the rubber spring. Finally, in order to improve the feedstock accuracyof the system, a weighing system is added by the mechanism of Un-coaler and thesystem can be stepless speed regulation online, coupled with the variable wheel. In theactual production, conveyor belt should be started first and then the mechanism ofUn-coaler started when you start the device; and on the contrary, conveyor belt shouldbe stopped first and then the mechanism of Un-coaler stopped when you stop thedevice. In accordance with such requirements, a circuit is designed to control the twomotors start in order, avoiding the accumulation of material on the conveyor belt.
