With the improvement of society and the continuous improvement of people’sliving standard, automobiles have become a tool of transportation. Pay attention to thequality of life in today, automobile ride comfort is one of the most importantperformances of automobiles, when people buy the cars. it not only affect the stand orfall of the driver and passenger’s fatigue, comfort and safety of goods transport, stillaffect to the car’s fuel economy and efficiency and security. Many automobilescompanies are researching the automobile ride comfort and improving it to enhancethe competitive power of their own automobiles. Therefore, the analysis of vehicleride comfort, has become a very important task.And the electric car is better than traditional vehicle in energy saving,environmental protection, and performance, it is the product of social development.Electric vehicle has already become the new energy vehicle developmentalmainstream which is recognized by the world. And the electric vehicles of wheelmotor drive directly which is the direction of development. its have too manyadvantages. However, due to the introduction of motor wheel and the increasing ofnon-hoisting quality, the vehicle performance is greatly changed, especially theexercise of the smooth. So, based on the development of a electric vehicle, theexercise of the vehicle smooth of the simulation analysis, and the road test.The whole dissertation is divided into six chapters:The first chapter detailed introduces the wheel motor drive directly electric cardevelopment present situation, this paper introduced the research background,significance, and the wheel motor drive directly the electric car prospect. At last thispaper briefly summarized of work to do.The second chapter summarize detailed the sexual knowledge of car ride comfort,mainly describe the car ride comfort and the research methods of sex and influencingfactors.In the third chapter, based on the software matlab/simulink,this dissertationestablished a1/4vehicle environment of vertical vibration model,and changing thespring load quality,the simulation analysis was carried out respectively in the sinewave incentive input, pulse input and random excitation input.In the fourth chapter, based on the software matlab/simulink,this dissertationestablished the vehicle of the art of simulation model, and changing the spring loadquality, the simulation analysis was carried out respectively in the20km/h and the30km/h,also respectively in the sine wave input and random excitation input.In this chapter, this dissertation did the road test by using the alex car. On thewheel installed some different quality dish, respectively. such as5kg,10kg,15kg,20kg and so on. This text did on the campus road, measuring the spring load differentquality corresponding body vertical vibration acceleration, and using computer art ofanalysis.In the chapter six, this dissertation describes the main results of the studies.Through this study, the vehicle ride comfort of electric vehicles degrades with theincrease of unsprung mass. When the spring load quality increased to20kg,electriccar body vertical vibration acceleration increased25%.In short, the vertical performance of electric vehicles with wheel-drive has beengreatly changed. Therefore, in the development process of electric vehicle withwheel-drive, it should be to minimize the unsprung mass or use relatively small wheelmotor.
