Due to the increasingly prominent environmental and energy problems,the use of traditional fuel vehicles will be limited in the future,and electric vehicles will be more and more popular.Due to the advantages of simple structure and easy control,hub motor-driven vehicle has attracted people’s attention,which is the development direction of electric vehicles with great potential.It is of great significance to study the performance of wheel motor-driven vehicle.hub motor-driven vehicle also has its own limitations,the drive motor installed in the wheel,directly causes the increase of unsprung mass,which will lead to the decline of vehicle ride comfort;if there is unbalanced electromagnetic force of the hub motor,it will also aggravate the vehicle vibration.At present,most of the researches on ride comfort of hub motor-driven vehicle only consider random road excitation,not in a variety of road conditions,and rarely use hub motor suspension and active suspension to study its performance.In this thesis,the hub motor-driven vehicle as the research object,mainly for its ride comfort research.Firstly,aiming at the problem that the increase of unsprung mass will affect the vehicle ride comfort,two kinds of road excitation(random road and parcel Road)and vehicle mathematical models are established,and the Simulink model is built to study.The results show that the increase of unsprung mass will reduce the ride comfort of the vehicle,and the influence on the dynamic load of the tire is the biggest.Secondly,aiming at the problem that the unbalanced electromagnetic force of hub motor may aggravate the vehicle vibration,the vertical unbalanced force model and quarter car model are established.The results show that the motor excitation reduces the ride comfort of the vehicle.Then,in order to improve the ride comfort of the vehicle,a quarter car model with motor suspension is established based on the principle of dynamic vibration absorber.The results show that motor suspension plays a role in improving vehicle ride comfort.Finally,in order to improve the vehicle ride comfort,the active suspension controller is designed based on the optimal control algorithm and the suboptimal control algorithm.The vehicle model with active suspension and motor suspension is established,and the Simulink simulation system is built for research.The results show that the controller is effective and can improve the driving performance of the vehicle.
