The automotive industry has become a pillar industry of our national economy, howeffective solution to energy saving, emission reduction and environmental issues is the keyto promote the sustainable development of the automotive industry. On the basis of previous research, focusing on balancecomfort, powertrain matching launched the following areas:Auto body due to the different structural forms of the natural frequency distribution isnot the same. Automotive power source discussed in this article for four-strokegasoline engine, with the development of the internal combustion engine technology, thegasoline combustion efficiency of utilization has reached about30%to35%, but the vehicleenergy efficiency is only11%to18%this is caused by the transmission system matchingunreasonable.Both of the vehicle powertrain matching method based on power, economy and comfort,the transmission system parameters to optimize. Optimization of powertrain to avoid in thecommon speed limits within the resonance, to improve the comfort.Proposed take into account the comfort of the vehicle powertrain matching methodcorresponding to the transmission system to match the evaluation method, the parameteroptimization of the powertrain comprehensive evaluation before and after the carperformance.
