| On the basis of the manual transmission, the Automated MechanicalTransmission (AMT)is a machinery installed electronic control system and realizedautomatic transmission.The construction of AMT comprehensive performanceevaluation system is to make the performance of AMT as an independent object ofstudy, while not out of the performance of the vehicle. Through the research on theperformance of the AMT selected the evaluation index and then summarized theAMT performance evaluation system. This paper is according to the thought of AMTperformance-index selection-evaluation methods selection to construct theAMT performance evaluation system, its main contents are summarized as follows:1. The whole framework of AMT comprehensive performance evaluationsystem is given out.AMT comprehensive performance evaluation can be divided into three levels:the target layer, rule(criterion) layer and variable layer. Specifically it can besummed up as an evaluation system with one target level, three rule layers andtwelve index variable layers. Target level is the evaluation of AMT performance;three rule layers are AMT basic performance, shift comfortable and reliability;twelve index variable layer is the evaluation index of each performance.2. Developed evaluation principles and methods of the AMT PerformanceEvaluation System.In the process of building the AMT performance evaluation system, the basicstarting point is to select the evaluation principles. This paper mentioned sixevaluation principles. We should select the evaluation methods reasonable on thebasis of these six principles. There are mainly two evaluation methods subjectiveevaluation method and objective evaluation method. Then use the evaluationmethod for the evaluation of each performance.3.AMT basic performance evaluation.AMT basic performance including three aspects: dynamics, fuel economies andemission behavior. AMT as one part of the car it plays an important role in the above three aspects of vehicle. For each performance, we should reasonableselect the corresponding evaluation index and the experimental method. Finally,given the various of dimensionless index.4. AMT shift comfortable evaluationVehicle riding comfort is impacted by the process of shift to some degrees。Inthe process of shift, Vehicle can produce the shift acceleration and bring the shiftimpact, which bring the passengers into a state of discomfort。 The goodtransmission has a good smoothness of shift inevitably and can not feel the shiftimpact basically,and the passengers feel well subjectively。When evaluating theAMT shift comfort, the shift acceleration and the impact degrees as evaluationindexes are selected, which chooses both the subjective evaluation method and theobjective evaluation method for the comfort of evaluation.5AMT reliability evaluationThe reliability is the performance of not failure when the AMT is operating, of, itis related to the life of the components and work reliability, etc. When evaluating theAMT reliability,the selection of evaluation indexes is listed above. The evaluationneeds a large number of experimental datum and mathematical statistic method,judging it good or bad, the allowable value of parts are used in comparison.In the process of building the AMT performance evaluation system,thedifferent of AMT performance includ different of index and evaluation methods.Those index and evaluation methods are the important part of the AMTperformance evaluation system. And it needs a large number of experiments toverify the evaluation system. This paper can bring certain significance for workingout the standard of AMT performance evaluation later. |
